As an Internal Audit Summer Associate based in Los Angeles, you will take an active role within the Global Risk Management organization. You will gain hands-on experience in risk management, process improvement, and collaboration across departments which are skills that are valuable in any career.

You can expect to:

• Review and test business processes

• You will document processes, findings, and recommended improvements

• You will develop an understanding of business operations and key drivers

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications or related field with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2027

• You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

• You can think independently, yet actively contribute in a collaborative environment.

• You are a clear and thoughtful communicator

• An understanding of risk and controls is a plus. However, we will teach you what you need to know; interest in learning about risk and operations is what matters most.

• Previous experience in consulting and project management is a plus

Base Rate: $29/hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
