Contract Sourcer

Location: Austin (Hybrid)
Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition

What You'll Do

In this role, you will own the top-of-funnel recruitment process - proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent for key roles across the organization. You will:



  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for managerial, product, and technical roles.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media, referrals, and niche sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate interest, qualifications, and alignment with company culture.
  • Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline tracking in our ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent).
  • Report on sourcing metrics, market insights, and pipeline health to Talent leadership.
  • Represent Togetherwork's brand through thoughtful, inclusive, and personalized candidate communication.



What You Bring

You'll succeed in this role if you have:



  • 3-4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience sourcing for product management, engineering, or technical leadership roles.
  • Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, GitHub, etc.) and fluency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage passive talent authentically.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter mindset; comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • A data-driven approach, using insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.



Bonus Points For



  • Experience sourcing for director or senior manager-level technical positions.
  • Familiarity with DEI sourcing strategies and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Background working in contract or embedded recruiting environments.
  • Prior experience using Greenhouse ATS/CRM systems.
