Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor primary responsibilities are, but not limited to, supervising, supporting, and covering assigned activities as they relate to the Ambulatory Care Route Service Drivers and Ambulatory Care Packing personnel. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide daily supervision to all assigned HCSC ACRSD's and support all aspects of Service to the assigned territories Ensure program growth and stability Manage assigned ACRSD's to promote customer relationship/retention Conducts his/ herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times Supervise, organize and facilitate the movement of inventory between HCSC and customer location via ACRSD's Adheres to all HCSC and the Health Care Institution policies and procedures Maintains privacy and confidentiality and adheres to all federal, state & local regulations Required availability to work between the hours of 4:00am -6:00pm EXPERIENCE: 2 years Customer Service Experience 3 years Supervisory/ Management Experience 1 year 26 ft Box Truck Driving Experience QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent Associates/Bachelor Degree preferred Must possess Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time Management Skills Must be flexible, team player, problem solver Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and under time constraints. High level of accuracy, neatness of work product necessary Must Possess a Valid Driver's License 26 ft Box Truck driving experience Union environment experience preferred . *Our supervisor position will be driving/ delivering 40-50% of the time*
