Summary:

The Medical Education Program Coordinator II is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative aspects of multiple complex and evolving continuing medical education activities. This customer-facing role provides essential support for educational technologies and databases used in continuing medical education delivery. Key responsibilities include developing and conducting user training, maintaining data integrity, and generating reports to support program operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to engage effectively and diplomatically with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer service and support for continuing medical education unit
  • Coordinates, implements, and manages the reporting process for assigned programs in Medical Education.
  • Secures space and fulfills any other logistical needs for assignedactivities.
  • Manages system for tracking and maintaining courses and learner data and information.
  • Creates, schedules, and delivers orientation and training activities as assigned.
  • Serves as an institutional resource for continuing medical education stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoots education related technology access and use issues.
  • Collaborates with appropriate institutional officials ensuring compliance with accreditation or any other institutional policy or procedures.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associate's Degree or three years of relevant administrative work experience (preferably in an education or healthcare setting) required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A

  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient Microsoft Suite skills
