What You'll Do: * Be the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, delivering warm, accurate, and timely support. * Resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services. * Use multiple systems confidently while maintaining a human connection. * Document interactions and contribute to process improvements. What We're Looking For: * 2+ years in a customer-facing role (call center, healthcare, hospitality, etc.). * Bilingual in Spanish with strong listening and communication skills. * Resilient, accountable, and comfortable with performance metrics. * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Education: * Bachelor's degree with relevant work or internship experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
