What to Expect The Claims Specialist Supervisor will lead and develop a team of claims representatives and specialists focused on fraud, theft, fire, complex coverage, and liability investigations. This role involves coaching team members to ensure high-quality and timely claim resolutions while fostering talent development through strategic hiring and skill-building opportunities. The supervisor will collaborate with external parties and represent Tesla in official capacities, driving process improvements and maintaining a high standard of claims management.
