Genesis10 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter for a 3-month contract position with a leading financial services organization located in Milwaukee, WI. This position will work remotely.
Compensation: $45.00 - 47.00 per hour.
Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter will play a key role in driving early talent acquisition initiatives, managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate internship and early career programs, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with business leaders to shape the future of the organization's talent pipeline through strategic sourcing and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate internship and early career programs, delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategies to meet business objectives.
- Develop and drive early career recruiting programs that attract top emerging talent across multiple disciplines.
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including employee referral programs, college recruiting, social networking, and targeted websites.
- Maintain clean, accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to identify and develop new recruiting channels using competitive intelligence and industry insights.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with hiring teams, academic partners, and candidates.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to enhance speed, quality, and experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth or technology-driven environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong understanding of technology and digital concepts.
- Proven ability to identify and leverage new sourcing channels through research and market analysis.
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to improving processes and outcomes.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp).
