Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate real estate, property management, or transaction coordination preferred. Familiarity with lease administration, acquisitions, dispositions, or REO processes is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams; experience with real estate management systems preferred. Knowledge of building codes is preferred but not required. SUMMARY: The Real Estate Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Director of Real Estate in overseeing the bank's owned, leased, and REO property portfolio across a multi-state footprint. This role helps coordinate day-to-day real estate activities, including site selection support, lease administration, reporting, vendor engagement, and transaction tracking. Acting as the hub between internal stakeholders and third-party partners, the Coordinator ensures seamless execution of the bank's real estate strategy. Portfolio Coordination Support the Director in managing the bank's owned, leased, and REO properties. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, lease agreements, and transaction data. Track key dates such as lease expirations, renewals, option windows, and critical deadlines. Transaction Support Assist with site selection research by gathering market data, demographics, and competitive analysis. Coordinate due diligence documentation for acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, and lease negotiations. Prepare financial summaries, presentations, and reporting packages for leadership review. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination Act as a liaison with brokers, landlords, appraisers, legal counsel, property managers, and other external partners. Schedule property inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs. Track vendor deliverables and ensure timelines are met. REO Portfolio Assistance Support Director and CRU teams with valuation, marketing, and sale activities for Real Estate Owned (REO)properties. Coordinate with third-party agents and service providers to expedite REO transactions. Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with Facilities and Sales teams on branch planning, relocations, and location optimization. Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership. Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on real estate strategies. Administrative & Operational Support Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas for real estate project reviews. Organize files, contracts, and reporting in alignment with bank compliance and audit requirements. Support budget tracking and invoice processing for property-related expenses.
