ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Pull product
Organize machined and purchased components
Assemble, tube and wire using basic hand tools
Modify / fit any component that requires, document when needed
Affix cable ties, terminal strips, and manifold where required
Adjust assembled tooling to customers sample
Document (Photograph) and fill out test sheet
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Completes special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
Basic hand tool knowledge needed: wrenches, screwdrivers, drill, tap
Electronics: Basic Series/ parallel DC circuit construction, soldering. Point to point wiring.
Computer experience, basic knowledge of: Widows, Word, and Excel
Communication Skills
Direct contact with: Tooling engineer, customers, inside sales, and project engineers.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with Customer and sales input
Other Qualifications
Requires the ability to operate a variety of standard office machines, to include a computer, telephone, fax, copier, etc.,
Physical Demands
The position requires extended periods of standing at a work bench, repetitive turning of hand tools, Lifting up to 60lbs.
