Summary: This position will provide subject matter expertise to research, book and fund Home Builder Finance loans during the closing process. Essential Job Skills and Knowledge * Strong understanding of Home Builder Finance loan servicing practices or similar construction loan servicing * Ability to interpret basic loan agreements and support closing documentation and translate into system requirements to appropriately monitor and service credit arrangements * Excellent critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills * Open to change with the ability to challenge the status quo * Capability to deliver high quality professional service to both internal and external customers * Detail Oriented * Operates with a sense of urgency * Contributes to the team's success Minimum Qualifications * 2 years or greater Loan Operations experience, preferably with Home Builder Finance * Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment * CLS (ACBS) experience preferred * High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work. Job Duties Addendum: Loan Operations Support Specialist I * Complete critical booking production within SLA * Process financial transactions as they pertain to booking and funding loans * Familiarity with all types of loan documents related to Guidance Lines of Credit, construction and lot loans. * Support front line associates (email, phone, etc.) * Schedule flexibility around peak volume times Experience
