Job Summary: As the Solution Line Director for Warehousing & Logistics, you will lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of Belden's solution portfolio within the Warehousing & Logistics vertical market. This role is responsible for deeply understanding customer problems, market trends, and competitive landscapes to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned solution line, ensuring alignment with Belden's overall innovation and business objectives. You will own the solution line strategy, roadmap, and portfolio prioritization within your vertical, and manage a team of Solution Line Managers. This position offers flexible work options (Remote/Hybrid available, with travel as required). You will make a difference in the following ways:
What you bring:
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $180,000 - 250,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
