What You Will Do:
Design and develop engaging learning experiences that deepen product and solution knowledge for our frontline salesforce Drive awareness, adoption, and successful commercialization of new products and offerings Translate complex technical content into accessible, actionable learning for diverse audiences Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning strategies with business goals Act as a change agent, enabling sales teams to confidently position the right solutions for customer success Measure the impact of learning programs on key business metrics such as pipeline development and quota attainment
How You Will Do It:
Collaborate with product managers, marketing, sales leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and product strategies Apply adult learning principles to design intuitive, scalable, and innovative learning solutions Create performance support tools and learning experiences that support both launch readiness and long-term adoption Use project management skills to deliver high-impact learning programs on time and within scope Leverage learning technologies such as the Johnson Controls Learning Hub (LXP), LMS, and uLearn to deploy content Curate and integrate content from across the learning ecosystem to build cohesive learning journeys Act as an internal consultant, synthesizing multiple perspectives into holistic, learner-centered solutions Partner with global and regional teams to implement and sustain learning programs Stay current on instructional design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve learning effectiveness
What We Look For:
6+ years of experience in learning design, technical/product training, or sales enablement Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex product portfolios Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Engineering, or equivalent experience Proven ability to connect with learners and drive behavior change Strong collaboration and communication skills with a learner-first mindset Creative, forward-thinking approach to learning design and technology Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs Detail-oriented with a proactive, goal-driven attitude Strong ethics, a track record of quality work, and a positive team spirit
NOTE: This is a virtual/remote position considering candidates who reside within the United States. Eastern and Central time zone preferred.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $130,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
