We're looking for a creative with a keen eye for design and detail to join our team. This role isfocused on supporting the creation of high-quality visuals, layouts, and product pairings thatbring our brand and campaigns to life. You'll work closely with the creative team based in Halifax (UK) and Atlanta (US) to translateideas and briefs into creative assets.

We're looking for a fast learner with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the curiosity toexplore emerging tools, like AI, that can drive efficiency and innovation in our workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Team & Cross-Regional Collaboration
* Partner daily with creative teams in Halifax and Atlanta to create and align on
deliverables, share assets, and maintain brand consistency across regions.
* Build relationships with global regions to understand their needs, preferences,
and segment priorities (e.g., healthcare, education, living).
* Maintain awareness of regional product preferences, active and discontinued
products, and how they align with merchandising strategies.

Visual Merchandising & Creative Execution
* Design floor layouts, palettes, and assist in merchandising concepts that highlightproducts and trends.
* Ability to flex between creative execution and coordination, whilst having an eyefor detail.
* Assist in creating materials for launches and strategic projects such as printedcollateral materials.
* Stay ahead of design and market trends, integrating them into visual concepts
and merchandising strategies.

Photography, Video & Vendor Management
* Work with vendors such as 3D rendering providers, photographers, and
videographers, as well as internal creative team, to optimize creative output.
* Assist in the briefing process, providing input on location, palette, and creative
direction.
* Support pre-production, on-site, and post-production activities for photography
and video shoots, including sample acquisition, prop selection or vendor briefing, andstyling (prior shoot experience is a plus).
* Manage imagery post-shoot, including color correction, cropping, tagging, correct file naming, and uploading to digital asset libraries.
* Incorporate AI tools into asset creation, editing, and workflow optimization wherebeneficial.

Tools, Technology & Organization
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with graphicdesign principles.
* Stay current with AI and digital trends, recommending new tools or techniques toimprove creative output and process efficiency.
* Maintain organization and efficiency using project management tools such as
Hive.

Project Management & Logistics
* Collaborate with project managers to maintain timelines and ensure deadlines
are met across brands and regions.
* Assist in tracking photoshoot purchases, budgets, purchase orders, and
photography contracts (e.g., certificates of insurance).
* Remain flexible to different working environments and project types, managingmultiple priorities simultaneously.
* Potential to attend industry events to stay informed on market and design trends.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Textile Sciences, Art,Photography, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
* 2+ years in visual merchandising, creative production, or related creative field
(experience in photography or styling is a plus).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong eye for aesthetics and
composition.
* Familiarity with graphic concepts and willingness to learn additional creative
tools.
* Fast learner with adaptability to new processes, tools, and design platforms.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
* Openness to travel domestically 10-15% for photoshoots and trade shows ifneeded.
