Vaco has partnered with a client downtown to hire a creative Brand Visualist to define and execute itsvisual identity across all touchpoints. This is a hybrid position, with two days of onsite work. In this role, you'll translate brand strategy into compelling design, lead creative campaigns, and ensure consistency and impact across TV/video, print, digital, social, in-store, and experiential channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity and guidelines. Conceptualize and art-direct campaigns from idea to execution. Design marketing assets across all channels (digital, social, print, video, experiential). Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align creative with strategy. Stay on top of trends to keep the brand relevant and distinctive. Ensure all visuals meet high standards of design quality and consistency. Qualifications 5+ years in design, art direction, or creative leadership. Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaigns, and multi-channel design. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma; motion/UX tools a plus. Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color, composition). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail. Collaborative, but able to lead creative direction independently. Pay Transparency Notice Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
