You Are: You are a passionate and innovative software developer driven by curiosity and a desire to solve complex real-world problems. With a strong background in Electro-Optical InfraRed (EO/IR) systems and a keen interest in simulation and mission modeling, you thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments where you can make a tangible impact. Your expertise in C++ and Visual Studio is complemented by a solid understanding of computer graphics, physics (especially radiometry), and mathematical principles. You have hands-on experience in the commercial software development lifecycle, ideally within aerospace and defense domains, and are comfortable working with advanced imaging systems, optics, and image processing. Your approach to work is analytical and detail-oriented, always seeking out best practices and innovative solutions to technical challenges. You are a fast learner, eager to engage with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, and value open communication and knowledge sharing.
