This Sales Strategy and Operations group provides strategic and operational partnership to the sales organization focused on the innovation economy by leading multi-disciplinary projects that drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Responsible for developing, implementing, recommending insights to sales leaders to enhance sales strategies, efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue growth.

The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team and actively contribute to revenue to the early stage businesses. This position is a combination of sales, managing sales processes at scale and providing continuous insights and analytics. A key function is to manage inbound leads who have already expressed a willingness to be 'clients at the Bank". This position will make sure that this and other similar processes are running smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 4-6 Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
  • Designing and running concurrent campaigns to support Sales KPIs
  • Supporting recruitment, training and onboarding ISRs
  • Making sure the KPIs of each ISR and the program overall are met
  • Preparing regularly occurring reports on team performance to track strategic objectives
  • Preparing presentations to update Management on progress of multiple workstreams owned by the Inside Sales initiative
  • Identifying opportunities within specific channels to increase market share
  • Creating and optimizing sales and client check-in messaging and product positioning, both written and verbal
  • Distilling best practices into a scalable training curriculum
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and other groups to provide feedback on lead quality and prospect/client experience while engaging with them
  • Working with CRM team to constantly enhance features to make the system more user friendly to the ISRs
  • Automating and improving scalable processes, tools, and dashboards to drive operational and business efficiency

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Relevant work experience in consulting or equivalent

-OR-

High School Diploma GED and 12 years of experience in Relevant work experience in consulting or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing an Inside Sales team
  • Knowledge of banking products, financial statements, and sales processes
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with data analytics, data visualization, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau)
  • Experience with CRM software - Microsoft Dynamics, and/or Salesforce
  • Client service oriented and able to partner with individuals at all levels
  • Some experience within the innovation economy is preferred
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Ability to complete tasks independently or in small teams with minimal oversight
  • Solid analytical, process, and problem-solving skills

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $130,000 - $170,000 per year.

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
