Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the Fluno Center Front Desk's first point of contact, providing exceptional service and support while creating the warm, professional atmosphere that defines the Fluno Center experience. This role manages guest reservations, check-ins and check-outs, answers calls and email, maintains accurate billing, assists with program and event support, and provides information to ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. The front desk is the heart of the Fluno Center - the hub of information and hospitality for our guests, conference attendees, and staff alike. Position works at UW Madison - Fluno Center: Located just one block from State Street and a short walk from UW Memorial Union, the Fluno Center features:
