Responsible for Ensure the flow of Pallets into/out of the ASRS System, handling finished goods as stocking, returning product to input stations or staging product appropriately. Responsible for Operational Troubleshooting of the ASRS System. Job Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Warehouse Experience preferred Reports to: Supervisor Warehouse Skills: Lift truck and computer skills preferred - must be comfortable working under Freezer Environment Key Areas of Responsibility I. SAFETY: 1. Understand the safety risks associated with job. 2. Comply with all safety rules, procedures, and work practices. 3. Report all safety incidents. 4. Has read and understands the Safety, Health and Environmental Policy II. ENVIRONMENTAL: 1. Understand the aspects of the job that impact the environment. 2. Comply with all environmental rules, procedures, and work practices. 3. Report all environmental incidents. 4. Has read and understands the Safety, Health and Environmental Policy III. QUALITY: 1. Follow recipes and deviations at all times. Unauthorized deviations are strictly forbidden. 2. Comply with all USDA rules, procedures, and work practices. 3. Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures. 4. Maintain confidential information on recipes. IV. OPERATIONS 1. Able to safely operate a variety of Cranes and Conveyors system within the ASRS. 2. Able to safely troubleshoot Operational Issues within the ASRS. 3. Able to safely operate a variety of forklift equipment. 4. Must have good aptitude for math and have neat, legible handwriting. 5. Must be able to work in temperatures below 0 for long periods of time and be able to lift loads of up to 75 pounds. 6. Must be able to work and communicate effectively with others, organize, and perform work accurately with minimum supervision. 7. Must have an acceptable work attendance record and be able to work flexible hours. 8. Able to Identify, Collect and Store QA Samples. 9. Perform Cranes Inventory. 10. Assembly of partial pallet orders and maintaining pallet tag controls. 11. Responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of forklift and batteries, expected to report any malfunctions to Supervisor. 12. Identify, communicate and properly dispose all damages to products. 13. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, performing daily sanitation. 14. To perform work in a safe manner and be familiar with all safety procedures. 15. Other duties as assigned. It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
