*Description*
We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Desk Analyst for a 5-6-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time. This role provides front-line technical support in a hybrid Windows/Mac environment and serves as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues. Candidates must be comfortable supporting both platforms. *Skills* Windows, Mac, Desktop, Technical support, Customer service, Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Help desk, Hardware, Assets, Deployment *Top Skills Details* Windows, Mac, Desktop, Technical support, Customer service, Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Help desk, Hardware, Assets, Deployment *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Manage and resolve tickets via Ivanti, phone, email, and walk-up support * Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, hardware, software, VPN/network, and peripherals * Provide white glove and executive support as needed * Document all work in the ITSM system * Escalate unresolved issues appropriately * Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements * Prior experience in Tier 1 or advanced Service Desk environments * Familiarity with Ivanti or other ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) * Exposure to O365/M365 (mailbox, Teams, SharePoint support) * Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change Management) *Experience Level* Intermediate Level We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
