Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop pricing and promotional strategies. * Build and scale solutions within the existing internal ecosystem, starting from scratch where needed. * Lead efforts to consolidate sales channels and re-design the agent platform for improved efficiency and scalability. * Create and optimize mobile ordering stacks for agents * Analyze data using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Splunk logs. * Produce clear leadership reporting from A/B tests and other analytics. * Isolate problems, interpret data, and tell compelling stories that drive business decisions. * Ensure strong QA practices throughout product development. Must-Have Qualifications: * Self-motivated, proactive, and curious. * Technical Product Owner experience. * Strong experience in analytics and product analytics. * Ability to quickly produce actionable reports and insights. * Experience in e-commerce, especially B2B/agent-facing environments. * Understanding of basic platform technology (no coding required). * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Splunk logs. * Ability to interpret and present data-driven stories. * QA experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
