ICON is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II to support the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge construction technology. In this role, you'll own the lifecycle of mechanical systems, from creating and updating drawings and documentation, to managing change orders and bills of materials, to driving quality in manufacturing processes. This position is hands-on and dynamic, requiring both technical depth in mechanical engineering and the flexibility to transition seamlessly between office, shop, and field environments. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, brings strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to contribute to innovative solutions that redefine how the world builds. This role is based in ICON's Austin, TX office and reports to the Senior Manager, Sustaining Engineering. RESPONSIBILITIES
