About the Role:

The Program Coordinator at Comagine Health plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of health-related programs and services. This position requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals, community partners, and stakeholders to align program objectives with organizational goals and community needs. The coordinator will manage resources, timelines, and communication channels to facilitate smooth program operations and maximize impact. By monitoring program outcomes and collecting data, the coordinator supports continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards. Ultimately, this role contributes to enhancing the quality and accessibility of health and social services for diverse populations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least four years of experience coordinating health or social service programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and program evaluation methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Public Health or Health Administration.
  • Experience working within community health organizations or social service agencies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with program management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize, and oversee health care and social assistance programs from inception through completion.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, community organizations, and service providers.
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Collect, analyze, and report program data to evaluate effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations, policies, and funding requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support staff development and program goals.
  • Address challenges and barriers to program implementation by developing strategic solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and funding agencies.
