The Director of Automation Engineering & AI is a strategic leadership role responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of automation, integration, and AI initiatives within our enterprise Business Technology group. This leader is a hands-on and trusted partner to the business, championing the use of technology to drive operational efficiency, accelerate innovation, and empower our teams. You will lead a team of high-performing automation and AI professionals and be accountable for the full lifecycle of our automation solutions, with a deep focus on Workato. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep technical understanding of automation principles and a proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver measurable results. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $177,000.00 - $284,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
