About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3 to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, you will be accountable for operating, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products meet quality specifications while supporting efficient and foodsafe production operations.

Shift & Schedule



  • Shift: 2nd
  • Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM
  • Weekend Availability: Required



Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)



  • Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure accuracy and adherence to food specifications
  • Maintain accurate production documents and reports
  • Ensure production areas and equipment remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and GMP standards
  • Assemble, set up, start, and stop equipment for production startups, changeovers, and line needs
  • Apply troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment or product issues
  • Follow production schedules, recipes, and work instructions
  • Perform additional duties as required to support production goals



Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)



  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to frequent production changes
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting, bending, etc.)



Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Equipment and product knowledge
  • Ability to troubleshoot production equipment
  • Experience in food manufacturing
