Production Supervisor - Livonia, MI

Pay Rate: $26 - $29/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Organize workflows, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standardized work practices.
  • Coach and develop team members through servant leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration among hourly staff, union representatives, and management.
  • Maintain a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability while upholding company and contractual policies.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Preferred: Experience in safety and quality systems, Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt), constraint management, and union environments.
