We're searching for a motivated CDL A Yard Hostler Driver in Commerce, CA to join our team. Schedules Available:

1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am

Pay Rate: $24 - $27/hr.

Job Details:



  • Safely move 20-30 trailers per shift within the yard and between nearby locations (up to 15 minutes away).
  • Perform precise backing maneuvers, including blind-side backing into designated spots.
  • Use a tablet and radio to receive and complete trailer move assignments.
  • Assist with general yard maintenance and cleanliness when not operating equipment.
  • No-touch freight
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency; comfortable using a tablet (training provided).
  • Must wear a safety vest and work boots (steel toe not required).




Required Qualifications:



  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Valid Class A Driver's License (Must have 1 year of CDL Yard Hostling experience)
  • Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse Report
  • No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within 3 years
  • Acceptable MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
  • At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years
