Schedule & Pay Information

1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

Pay: $15 per hour

What You'll Do

• Work in a team environment in a wood products manufacturing facility
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment (safety is our #1 priority!)
• Operate or assist with equipment such as sanders, small hand tools, forklifts, or overhead cranes (training provided)
• Sort, move, or assemble lumber and wood materials
• Apply glue or epoxy fillers as needed to meet finishing standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform other production or warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Woodworking or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
• Forklift experience or certification a plus
• Basic math and measurement skills (use of tape measures and hand tools)
• Able to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
