The simulations offer students a real-world look at a wide variety of companies and career paths so they can make more informed choices after college. Forage's job simulations help over 100 companies build brand awareness with students, identify and nurture high-intent applicants, and increase efficiency in the recruiting process. The Role in Brief: Partner Development Representative The Partner Development organization develops innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities for Forage. A key member of this team, the Partner Development Representative (PDR) plays a pivotal role in initiating relationships with prospective partners and optimizing team interactions. PDRs identify executives who may benefit from Forage products and services, leverage resources to engage qualified leads, and schedule meetings for Partner Development Executives (PDEs) to advance these relationships. Through this work, PDRs gain deep insight into employer branding and talent sourcing while refining their commercial outreach and communication skills. This role will lead outreach to our UK-based prospects. Interested candidates must be able to work a flexible 40-hour workweek that aligns with UK business hours. Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $42,000-$46,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
