Summary:

We are looking for a Construction Administrative Manager who oversees the administrative operations of construction projects and the office team, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient workflow between field staff, project managers, and clients. This role manages administrative staff, streamline processes, and supports project execution by maintaining records, coordinating communication, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: 5+ years of administrative or office management experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction documentation, processes, and terminology. Physical Requirements and Work Content:
