We are looking for a Construction Administrative Manager who oversees the administrative operations of construction projects and the office team, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient workflow between field staff, project managers, and clients. This role manages administrative staff, streamline processes, and supports project execution by maintaining records, coordinating communication, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the administrative staff supporting construction projects.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Track budgets, billing, payroll submissions, and cost reports in coordination with accounting and project teams.
  • Oversee project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and close-out packages.
  • Maintain project schedules and support project managers with reporting and progress tracking
  • Serve as a liaison between office staff, field crews, subcontractors, and clients
  • Assist with procurement processes including purchase orders, vendor contracts, and material tracking
  • Oversee onboarding and training of administrative staff
  • Provide executive-level support to senior leadership with reporting, presentations, and compliance documents

  • Ability to analyze and interpret various business documents pertaining to construction management
  • Strong working knowledge Microsoft applications

Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: 5+ years of administrative or office management experience in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction documentation, processes, and terminology.
