Steelcase is seeking a Regional Healthcare Manager (RHM) to serve as our vertical expert in healthcare across Omaha, Kansas City, and St. Louis. This field-based role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of healthcare environments and is ready to grow our presence through strategic account ownership, customer engagement, and dealer collaboration

Supporting Meaningful Work - work brings deeper motivation, purpose and fulfillment to our lives
  • Own and grow healthcare sales across a defined portfolio of accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with A&D firms, end users, and dealer partners
  • Develop strategic account plans and drive execution through dealer alignment
  • Leverage Steelcase research and insights to address clinical, people, and place needs
  • Lead engagements such as showroom tours, mock-ups, and business reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product marketing, pricing, contracts) to develop winning strategies
  • Maintain business activity through Salesforce CRM and contribute to regional strategy
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of broad career experience, including 2+ years in sales
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or adjacent sectors
  • Must reside in Omaha, Kansas City, or St. Louis metro areas
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
  • College degree preferred or military equivalent experience
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Background in design, clinical, or medical sales
  • Experience with GPO agreements, contract terms, or letters of understanding
  • Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, A&D firms, and healthcare systems
  • Strategic mindset with ability to prioritize and organize for growth
  • Dynamic communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, facilitation)
  • Inventive and collaborative approach to solving problems and creating opportunities
