Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $16.50/hour What You'll Be Doing: Assemble complex electronic and electro-mechanical products using techniques such as: Soldering, winding, coating, molding, potting, mixing, taping, cementing, terminating, and vacuum filling Build both sub-assemblies and final product assemblies Test and inspect components during the assembly process to ensure top-quality standards Maintain accurate documentation of work completed Support other tasks as assigned by management What You Bring to the Table: At least 1 year of wire assembly experience Comfortable working with small part assembly Able to lift up to 50 lbs and sit or stand for extended 8-hour shifts Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and ready to work full-time (overtime may be available) Why You'll Love Working With Us: Staffmark offers a full range of benefits to support your health and financial well-being, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
