As a Strategic TFM Account Manager, Here's What You'll Do: This position will engage in day-to-day operational and fleet service functions with Union Leasing's customers to manage solutions, resolve issues and provide a strategic replacement plan (Total Fleet Management or TFM). The Strategic TFM Account Manager is responsible for client retention as well as provide premium level service and build customer relationships at all levels of the client's organization. The Strategic TFM Account Manager is a key value-added resource that takes on the proactive initiatives and management of the fleet program outsourced to Union Leasing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high touch premium customer experience success and enjoy working in a fast paced, team centered, and technology driven work environment. Compensation/Benefits The hiring range for this role is: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD Annual. This role is classified as exempt for purposes of all applicable wage and hour laws, which means that the individual hired will receive overtime pay for more than 40 hours worked in a workweek. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on financial and personal performance throughout the plan year. Sasser is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Pay ranges are assigned to a job based on market data according to 3rd party salary benchmarking surveys. Actual base salary is dependent upon factors such as knowledge, skill level, and experience.
