Our Resources Business Group is looking to build a team local to the Chattanooga, TN market to support a mega project offering career growth opportunity. Aligned to our Power Generation market sector, this is a tremendous opportunity to directly collaborate and positively impact client relationships.

In the role of Scheduler I, we'll count on you to:
  • Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data, and utilize such data to develop schedules for execution of work for traditional and alternative project delivery
  • Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts of related work activities, logic diagrams, schedule resources, schedule milestones, level of effort, and general presentation of schedules in various formats
  • Perform other duties as needed

Scheduling:

  • Work closely with Project Management to develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
  • Establish work breakdown structure (WBS), baseline, status, and monitor project schedules using established performance measurements.
  • Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports used to support critical path analysis, near-term deliverable requirements, resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
  • Develop schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preference given to local candidates (Chattanooga, TN specifically)
  • A minimum of 2 years in Construction Scheduling
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules/drawings/contracts
  • Familiarity with other scheduling software, such as: Tilos and Syncro4D
  • Certifications (one or more): CST, CACM, CMIT, PSP, EVP, EIT
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic understanding of scheduling software for storing data and presenting schedules in various levels and forms of detail - Primavera, and/or other scheduling products
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
