Job Description

This role is based in our Boston or New York office.

Role Overview

The Strategy Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing Informa TechTarget's strategic initiatives and business planning processes. This position reports to the Vice President of Strategy and works closely with senior leadership to develop strategic frameworks, analyze market opportunities, and translate business objectives into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead components of the annual business planning cycle, including preparation of strategic presentations and board materials
  • Develop comprehensive strategic analyses and recommendations to support business growth initiatives
  • Create and maintain executive-level presentations and strategic documentation
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic priorities
  • Project manage strategic initiatives from conception through execution
  • Prepare and present strategic insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
  • 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
  • Previous in-house strategy or corporate development experience preferred
  • Experience in media, data, or technology industries a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

The salary range for this role is $100,000- $130,000 based on experience.
