WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

The purpose of this recruitment is to fill the regular Detective position(s) and is separate from the Acting Detective recruitment. If you are interested in both positions, apply here for the regular Detective position. Follow the instructions in the email to apply for the Acting Detective position.

The person selected for this position could be assigned to first shift (M-F), first shift rotating, second shift (M-F), or second shift rotating.

Interview panel is tentatively expected to convene the week of October 7-10.

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Sixty (60) credits of post high school education (associate degree level or higher) from an accredited university, college or technical school preferably in criminal justice, police science, business or public administration, or the social sciences.
3. Two (2) years of law enforcement experience.
4. Valid driver's license.
