Location: 701 East Pittsburgh St. Greensburg, PA 15601 Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: The incumbent has relationship and administrative management responsibility for assigned fiduciary and/or investment management accounts including but not limited to trusts, guardianships, estates, and investment management accounts. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for customer servicing, account retention and business development. The incumbent may have supervisory responsibility for one or more Administrative Assistants for Trust. This position serves as the fiduciary tax subject matter expert which includes reviewing, approving of all fiduciary tax returns for Trust. Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Requires a four-year degree or equivalent. Preferred certifications CFP, CTFA, CFP - one of the 3 designations within 18 months to 2 years. Experience: More than ten years of of general experience and five to ten years of specialized experience required. Fiduciary Tax Knowledge is required. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device 60-70% of the day. Operates office equipment 20-30% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands and wrists and elbows, lower torso. Traveling to alternate work locations 20-30%. Overnight stays 10-20%. Sitting is required 60-70% per day. Standing 10-20% per day. Walking 10-20% per day. Routinely lifts 0-10 lbs. 0-10% per day.10-20 lbs. 0-10% per day.
