Printpack US is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to fill the position of Pricing Coordinator located in either Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA. The Pricing Coordinator will work closely with various departments, including sales, product development, procurement, and customer service. Key Responsibilities include: Daily Pricing Support:
  • Support pricing analysts in daily pricing activities as necessary and act as potential overflow resource during peak times.

  • Input and update pricing data into internal systems and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Review daily order changes (status, specifications, graphics, quantities) to ensure pricing accuracy.

  • Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies by collaborating with Pricing Analysts, Sales Associates, and Customer Demand Analyst (CDAs).

  • Validate that all new items are priced according to initial quotes, ensuring consistency in specifications and graphics.

  • Maintain organized records of pricing agreements, contracts, and historical pricing data for reference and audits.

Digital Printing:
  • Respond to digital pricing requests, ensuring accurate pricing on digital orders.

  • Coordinate tracking of digital quotations, including won / loss reporting.

Graphics Pricing:
  • Manage customer graphics pricing agreements in our internal systems.

  • Provide graphics pricing estimates for new business opportunities.

  • Approve and release graphics billing invoices, coordinating with Sales and Billing departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing software is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and data entry skills with high accuracy.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
