We're seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and management of product in our Holding & Cooking product offering.This role is ideal for someone with a background in product management or culinary operations, especially in commercial kitchens or foodservice equipment development

This is a highly visible role within the organization that represents a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference-influencing product innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and our customer base to define product strategy, drive innovation, and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of chefs and foodservice operators.

Primary Responsibilities:



  1. Own the product roadmap from concept through end-of-life.
  2. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  3. Translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications.
  4. Collaborate with R&D and engineering to develop new features and enhancements.
  5. Partner with customers and culinary experts to validate performance and usability in real-world kitchen environments.
  6. Support go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.
  7. Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement
  8. Possesses knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contributes to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remains alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Reports actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action
  9. Other duties, as assigned.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, engineering, marketing, business, or other relevant major.

Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, culinary operations, or foodservice equipment marketing, sales, or development.

Additional preference will be given to candidates with the experience in the following areas (experience is preferred but not required):



  • Strong understanding of commercial kitchen workflows and cooking processes.
  • Experience working with or developing hot holding or cooking equipment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.
  • Culinary degree or hands-on kitchen experience is a strong advantage.
