Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the implementation, process standardization, and continuous enhancement of in-person, blended, and virtual people-focused live learning experiences.
  • Acts as a central point of contact and conductor to ensure the success of all aspects before, during, and after live learning experiences; closely coordinates with leaders, events planning and studio team, internal communications, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partners with internal communications on a consistent, clear, compelling communication plan to promote people development experiences, programs and initiatives, helping to drive participation at all levels of the organization.
  • Supports full life cycle and end-to-end management of large-scale, high-impact learning projects/events-from planning and logistics to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinates and supports learning experience project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure organizational goals and quality standards are met and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Identify potential risks and apply data-informed strategies to mitigate issues and optimize processes and results.
  • Builds strong relationships with leaders, events planning and studio team, internal communications, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders, in support of live learning experience success.
  • Serves as a liaison between People & Talent, leadership, and cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and drive shared learning experience goals.
  • Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to gather input, help coordinate responsibilities and timelines, and support consistent processes that encourage participation in people development initiatives.
  • Supports the review of training programs by collecting learner feedback, tracking attendance and participation, and assisting with reporting on basic performance measures. Share observations and recommend improvements to enhance the learner's experience.
  • Gathers and supports the analysis of reports on learning metrics, participation rates, and outcomes to assess program impact and inform leadership decisions.
  • Assists in gathering and sharing learning-related information with People Development leaders to help inform decisions about training and development activities.
  • Coordinates the preparation of reports on learning program results and participation metrics, providing supporting data and insights for leadership review.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in learning event coordination
  • Role models professionalism, and sound judgment with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills; able to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning technologies

Position & Application Details
