A Day in the Life: Warehouse Associates are the last company personnel to handle finished product prior to customer delivery; therefore, operators need to have clear understanding of product packaging standards and transportation equipment standards. Knowledge of product descriptions, palletizing methods, and lot numbers is required to ensure accurate order processing. Proper loading ensures that trailer weights meet state and interstate highway weight requirements, and that our product arrives at the customer free of damage.
Position Details: Schedule: M-F 9am to 5:30pm; Salary range $21/Hr-$32/Hr. This role is also eligible to receive an annual incentive bonus. What You'll Be Doing:
Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Good Manufacturing Practices, sit-down forklift, and motorized pallet movers Order selection and loading tasks occur in 45oF environment; basic job functions involve operation of sit-down forklift; stooping, bending, lifting to 50 pounds are common; stacking cases and manual stretch wrapping.
Preferred Qualifications: Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Preferred; demonstration of proper forklift operation.
