This role offers the chance to shape processes, drive operational excellence, and help bring groundbreaking energy solutions to a wider audience, accelerating the transition to a sustainable energy landscape. **About the Role** You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of an installation network designed to scale the deployment of innovative energy products, including advanced charging systems, stationary storage, and comprehensive energy management solutions. This dynamic role involves setting up and commercializing a managed installation network, supporting turn-key installer operations, and ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and scalability across multiple regions. You will be at the heart of operational excellence, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while contributing to a mission-driven organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the setup, support, operation, and optimization of a certified network of installation providers. **What You'll Bring** We are seeking a collaborative and passionate self-starter who excels at critical thinking and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and scalability in process development. **Must-Have Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
