The Opportunity

Join the Adobe Technology Services team as an AI Developer Intern and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to innovative projects. This opportunity offers an outstanding chance to collaborate with some of the most creative professionals in the industry, develop your skills, and make a real impact. In this role, you will be part of the Adobe Service Management team that is dedicated to increasing business' efficiency and enabling the enterprise to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will work in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver AI powered efficiencies and intelligence to our internal applications and workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, develop, and deploy AI models.
  • Conduct research to determine the best methodologies and approaches in AI.
  • Build and configure agentic workers using Microsoft Copilot agents and Cursor AI into existing internal applications and workflows
  • Design and implement MCP primitives (e.g., memory, tools, orchestration logic) to support reusable agent capabilities.
  • Develop front-end interfaces and interaction flows that allow users to engage with AI agents seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into agent workflows.
  • Document agent architectures, configuration strategies, and performance metrics to support enterprise deployment.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026- June 2027
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot agents or Cursor AI (or strong interest in learning them).
  • Understanding of agentic workflows, tool invocation, and orchestration logic.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A builder's mindset-curious, iterative, and focused on delivering usable systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
