Description

Consulting Actuary, Chicago, IL: Analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates, construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits. Conduct M&A (Merger & Acquisitions) due diligence incl. review of assumptions, risks and operations of Variable Annuities and/or Fixed Indexed Annuities business Evaluate the appropriateness of exotic derivatives in reducing a company's risk exposure. Determine impact of various risk mgmt. programs for M&A transactions. Implement financial modeling and technology solutions using MG-ALFA and Integrate. Require a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, or Finance, or Mathematics, or Applied Math., or Business Admin. with conc. in Actuarial Science, or equivalent, plus 1 year of work experience.
