Here's what you'd do:

• The Project Manager is responsible for the profit and loss of assigned projects, overseeing all aspects from start to finish.
• This includes contract administration, scheduling, engineering, production, estimating, and quality control.
• The Project Manager serves as a key liaison between the company, the builder, the architect, the designer, and the owner, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Manage all aspects of projects, including scheduling, engineering, production, and contract administration.
• Assist in estimating, take-offs, and project detailing as needed.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate long-lead material sourcing and ordering.
• Attend job-site meetings and assist with field dimensioning of projects.
• Identify and process change order opportunities.
• Maintain high-quality control in line with the project's original presentation.
• Ensure effective communication between the company, clients, and project stakeholders.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: 90k - 130k /year.

Hours: 9-5 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Direct Placement.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management.
