Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $28.85 - $43.27 /hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (7 months).

Here's what you'd do:

  • This role will be a finance business partner to the sales team to develop exclusive finance solutions and pricing strategies, along with risk-adverse reviews, to initiate contract negotiations.
  • Excel is critical for daily tasks.
  • Developing finance solutions and pricing strategy before the bid phase for our HTM/ Multi-vendor and Value Partnerships.
  • Considering financials, deal structuring, business forecasting, and risk review to assist with bid proposals.
  • Using financial modelling and commercial risk management in analysis.
  • Utilise a business calculation model.
  • Drive digitalisation and business model initiatives, including the implementation of Monday.com.
  • Review deals with non-standard terms to ensure the viability of discounts & gross margins.
  • Leading protection of company assets, application of control procedures, and financial planning and reporting within stated guidelines and policies.
  • Building positive and effective business relationships to achieve goals.
  • Providing recommendations based on advanced root cause and alternative solution analysis.
  • Driving profitable growth and transparency as an integral part of the proposal team.
  • Develop and present TCO models across service and equipment for the entire client portfolio.
  • Growing sales and financing programs for customer segments, including financial analysis/deal modelling and deal strategy/structure.
  • Owning commercial/contract activities, pricing, and margin calculations.
  • Guiding project teams both within and outside of areas of expertise.
  • Understanding and staying abreast of current Value Partnerships and Multi-Vendor Medical Imaging market conditions and the competitive landscape.
  • Most contracts/bids need an understanding of the entire Healthcare business, including all associated pricing models.
  • Individual IDN deals, which are being negotiated with financial potential customers, are being supported from this position.
  • Collaborating with sales to assist with the development of strategic account planning across all Business Areas of the client.
  • Strategic planning and development of proposals, as well as the interplay between GPO, IDN, and IDN subnetworks, are key elements within the scope of this role.
  • Interacting with many organisational layers and company disciplines, including Senior Management, Strategic Corporate Account Executives, Field Sales, Business Management, Zone Management, Client Financial Services, Legal Services, and Accounting.
  • Customer interaction spans from the Director to C/VP-Level personnel from national IDNs and GPOs.
  • Conforms to accounting guidelines.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pricing and quoting, ideally in a commercial or contract setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Excel
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Accounting/Finance Background - good understanding of financial principles.
  • Good Communication Skills - both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.
  • Healthcare/MedTech Industry Experience.
  • Monday.com.
  • Demonstrate ability to synthesise and process data from a variety of sources and develop a single strategy/direction for the organisation.
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge in the field of specialisation or multiple disciplines, with a preference for the successful completion of complex assignments.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the organisation's business practices and issues faced, and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.
  • Experience in Long Term Value Partnerships and the Multi-Vendor market.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex financial concepts, including rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and economic and expense performance comparisons.
