Position Summary
Reporting to the Residence Hall Director (RHD), manage the operations of the Residence Hall Resource Center, serve as a member of the building leadership team in managing the day-to-day business affairs and planning of the assigned residential hall, and serve as an on-site emergency response/crisis intervention agent in the absence of the Residence Hall Director or the Residence Hall Assistant Director.
Qualifications
Required Education: Associate's degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Experience: 2 years of office experience or equivalent combination.. Experience providing a high level of customer service.
Preferred Experience: 1 year of office experience with a Bachelor's degree
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Moderate to fast, accurate keyboarding. Good proofreading and writing skills.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office or proficiency with Apple. Knowledge of desktop publishing software. Knowledge of Access.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $37.900. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
