Sales Trainer - Healthcare Staffing

Location: ABSS - Gilbert, AZ

Position Overview

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for equipping new recruiters with the skills, tools, and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles. You will conduct engaging training sessions, create effective learning materials, and provide ongoing support to ensure recruiters are confident and prepared to excel. This role plays a key part in building a strong foundation for recruiter success within our healthcare staffing team.


This position reports to the Senior Director of Training and Development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs that cover all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, compliance, and placement.
  • Facilitate interactive classroom, virtual, and hands-on learning experiences that engage new recruiters.
  • Develop and maintain training resources such as presentations, guides, and job aids.
  • Conduct skill practice sessions, role plays, and workshops to reinforce learning.
  • Track participant progress and provide feedback to help recruiters strengthen their skills.
  • Support recruiters as they begin to handle live recruiting tasks, ensuring they feel confident in applying learned techniques.
  • Continuously update training content to reflect current industry trends, best practices, and company processes.
  • Partner with team members to gather feedback and make improvements to training materials.
  • Create a supportive and positive learning environment that fosters engagement and success.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role (healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and the recruiter workflow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Skilled at facilitating training in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training sessions at once.
  • Enthusiastic about helping others succeed and develop professionally.
