ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a role in shaping the product strategy for our Clinician Portal and Patient app. You'll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to define product direction, ensure flawless delivery, and continually improve the user experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands the complexity of user workflows, and has a strong grasp of the software delivery lifecycle. You will assist in defining product visions, drive roadmaps, and ensure delivery of high-impact, customer-centric solutions aligned to the organization's strategic goals.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE



  • Support the definition of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Clinician Portal and Patient App
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and business goals into a clear product direction.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, product analytics, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to build intuitive, high-quality software in an agile environment.
  • Work with product owners to ensure continuous deliver of value and high-quality, on-time releases
  • Work with user experience to gather feedback, uncover pain points, and validate solutions.
  • Develop strong customer empathy and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, systems, UX, etc. to define new features and build roadmaps.
  • Partner with marketing to launch new capabilities and communicate product value to customers and patients.
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders around product strategy, progress, and results.
  • Define product success metrics and use data to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and guide iterations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Help build a product culture based on data-driven decisions


  • Champion product quality and regulatory compliance in every phase of the product lifecycle, ensuring that all digital solutions follow QMS processes and have the highest quality standards.


WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of digital product management experience
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional product teams.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver complex products from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics, customer insights, and market data to inform decisions.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with platforms used by professionals in regulated or compliance-heavy industries (e.g., finance, legal, education).
  • Experience with Cloud development in Azure and/or AWS
  • IEC 62304 experience
  • Medical device experience

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

Salary
$110,000 $160,000 USD
