Job Description
* Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
* Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
* Contribute to improving manufacturing processes through solution-based ideation for continuous improvements
* Escalate any manufacturing process issues in a timely manner to minimize scrap and downtime
* Complete appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures - including but not limited to production documents, batch control records, scrap/quality issues, and scorecards.

Education/Experience
* HS Diploma or GED required.
* Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing Experience
* Knowledge of basic mathematics; ability to read, comprehend, and follow written work instructions in English; working knowledge of computers and Microsoft OS; and ability to use basic measuring equipment (rulers, calipers, etc*)
* Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
* Must be able to work overtime as required
* Ability to safely work with certain solvents, e.g. IPA, DMAC and other common, as required
