Universal Experience Assurance Specialist

The Universal Experience Assurance Specialist will assess and help ensure Frontier is ready for the introduction and delivery of new products and services. This can include consulting on projects, developing process flows and use cases. This position promotes and applies a consistent and standardized framework in creating and implementing readiness plans. This includes working closely with product development and business teams, understanding time and resource constraints, validating training and certification, and otherwise ensuring all internal organizations have the resources, skills and tools for execution excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Drive enterprise- wide, cross-functional operational readiness to ensure products and services meet intended outcomes
  • Ensure all relevant teams are inserted / involved at the appropriate point in the development lifecycle
  • Ensure relevant employees are educated, equipped, and empowered to support product and service deployments
  • Prepare Operational Readiness report for Operational Readiness Manager
  • Verify that people,processes, tools, and data are aligned to drive customer success from a strategic level to ensure products, systems and technologies meet quality and standards
  • Helps identify potential readiness failures, evaluates root cause, develops, and implements corrective actions
  • Work to minimize workarounds for employees by creating holistic business process
  • Focus on the customer and be an active participant in creating a seamless experience
  • Perform benchmark gap analysis design to transform how Frontier prepares for product deployments
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience, or equivalent combination of education and Operational Readiness experience
  • Considerable skills in customer and employee success programs, communication, problem solving and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation and prioritization
  • Superb computer competence, including the MS Platform and Visio
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how process optimization functions within it
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience leading operational readiness with a strong emphasis in project management efforts utilizing lean methodology
  • Ability to present complex strategies, tactics, and concepts in easy to understand terms to various cross functional stakeholders to receive approval and prioritization
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, both large and small, with competing due dates and present status to management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and communicate to management any concerns regarding resources, timeline obstacles and prioritization
  • Ability to work on project deliverables with minimal supervision and present status and results to Quality Assurance leader for approval
  • Strong understanding of Visio


Desired Experience



  • Experience teaching and mentoring others in operational readiness methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Specific business knowledge within the Telecommunications Industry is desirable
  • Customer and Employee Experience centric process analysis expertise
  • Ability to create detailed project plans and high-level milestones across cross functional teams to ensure projects are on track


Physical Requirements



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
